Biography
I specialize in comprehensive legal support for international business, with a focus on corporate and commercial law, labor law, antimonopoly regulation, regulatory practice, compliance, and migration matters.
My practice primarily involves advising companies on inbound investments, structuring market entry covering special legal regimes, and supporting transactions (including legal due diligence). I have extensive experience representing clients before government authorities in matters related to antitrust clearance, obtaining licenses and permits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
I am driven by continuous improvement and commitment to detail, both in my professional and personal life. My interests in fine arts and photography help me maintain a balance between the big-picture vision and critical nuances. Furthermore, my passion for learning languages, travel and sports enables me to quickly adapt to new conditions and communicate effectively with international clients, finding individualized solutions to complex challenges.
