Biography
My name is Darya Zhuk, a managing partner at Beagle Legal.
I am expert in M&A & Corporate advisory, Corporate Governance, Corporate finance & Capital Markets, Venture Capital & Startups.
I have more than 15 years of partnership background with leading regional law firms in the Baltic States and Scandinavia being a managing partner of their local offices, which gives an advantage in implementing the best legal know-how and business practices.
Among my Clients are: EBRD, Priorbak (Raiffeisen Group), IFC, VMG, IKEA, Google, Facebook, Uber, Evolution Gaming, BMW, Peugeot, Pfizer, Takeda, Alcon, JYSK, Kesko/Senukai, OMA, Wartsila, Fortum, SoftClub.
Outside of legal practice, I teach the course on the Business Law at the MBA program of the Belarusian State University and contribute to development of startup ecosystem by acting as a mentor.
I am enjoying of practicing yoga and surf – sense of balance, the ability to "catch the wave" and the readiness to meet challenges definitely help to achieve outstanding results not only in sports but also in advising our Clients.
